I'm not sure if i was looking at it right, or maybe i wasnt paying attention, but i was in an area for about 4 hours...year i only got about 80 or less IP for the territory.

I've been in areas too and gotten no IP. Not sure why, but it seems to happen on occasion like the not being able to move thing. Like when you click map and only see Tokyo.
