Coming out of hiding

I dont know its been saying this "You do not have enough XP or your HP is at 0 or have died within the last 15 minutes." a lot when im trying to come out of the shadows when i die. I died like 1hr ago ( i put hp and i have enough exp ) and i keeps saying that. Did this quite abit in the past week :/

every now and then i can come out, i dont know what the deal is

Every so often 3/4 of time i cant ne more like right now i died 1hr ago and cant :/

yeah, same here
the site is up
but i cannot get in, and when i was in earlier it was behaving oddly
which is why i left
i just tried to login because someone messaged me saying they could not log in also
