These instructions are wirtten using Outlook 2008 but these basic settings should be used for any other mail client you want to set up.

1. Open Outlook
2. Click Tools
3. Click Account Settings
4. Double click your account
5. Enter your Name and Email address
6. Set Incoming and Outgoing servers to be mail.your_domain_goes_here.com
7. Set your username to be webx_your_username_goes_here, we will tell you what number to use as x. This is used to protect your privacy.
8. Set your password to be your standard email password issued by us
9. Click the More Settings Tab
10. Click Outgoing Server
11. Check the My Outgoing Server requires authentication tab
12. Click the use same settings as my incoming mail server option
13. Click OK, this will close the window
14. Click the “test account settings” in the top right side
15. If the test goes ok, you are done! Now close the test window and click Next then Finish to save your settings.
